This is an online benefit management tool that will allow you to complete your benefit enrollment, review your benefits and make any changes.  This site will also help you find information on:

• Benefit Plan Details, rates and forms
• HR updates and documents
• New Hire forms and Resources
• Who to contact when you need help

To access the site, please use the following:

Username: First Initial + Last Name + Last Four Digits of SSN. Example: SSmith1234

Initial Password: The last four digits of your social security number.  You will be prompted to change your password when you log in.


CAUTION: Your account will be disabled after 3 incorrect logon attempts.  If you are logged out, please select "Forgot Your Password" shown above, and an HR representative will manually reset your account.
